CHOP Care Package Donations
Chapman is proud to have partnered with the Mid Atlantic Food Trade Association MAFTO and to support Philabundance and donate 75 care packages to the front line workers at Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia, as well as 25 care packages to Penn Medicine Urgent Care.
Driving Away the Cold
We are More Than Auto Dealers and proud sponsors of #DrivingAwayTheCold. We have been helping to give out brand new coats to kids in need! 1 in 6 children in Philadelphia live in poverty. The mission began in 2008, distributing 18,000 new coats. Now in 2020, we gave away 53,928, bringing our total giving to 473,928 new coats.
Chop Walk
We are proud sponsors of the CHOP Parkway Run & Walk raising money #ForBreakthroughs for Child Cancer Research and for a cure. 100% of every donation received for the Parkway Run & Walk funds research for a cure and care for children treated at CHOP. Childhood cancer cures begin at CHOP.
Boys & Girls Club Donations
Our last donation was to the Boys & Girls Clubs of Philadelphia location in Nicetown. The Boys & Girls Clubs of Philadelphia will become one of the premier Boys & Girls Club organizations in the country, solidifying its position as the leading youth guidance and development agency in the community through quality staffing, facilities, and programs supported by financial stability and clearly defined standards. We were fortunate to have HotDog Factory and Stripp’d Cold Pressed Juice share the contribution in a 3 way split. Now more than ever we believe it is important to give back and be involved in the community, and couldn’t be happier to do so.
18th District
This giveaway Chapman paired up with our friends at StuffedBuns. We served the 18th district of university city, the front line workers that are striving to keep us safe throughout Covid-19 and always.
Midwives at Penn Hospital & Nurses at Temple
This giveaway Chapman partnered with Stripp’d Juice to give back to the front line workers, the midwives at Pennsylvania Hospital as well as the nurses at Temple Hospital throughout the challenging times of Covid-19.
Ford PPE Day
At this event, Chapman teamed up with Ford to help get essential Personal Protective Equipement to our community’s valued frontline workers. These people make a huge difference everyday, and we worked with Ford to help show our appreciation by getting them the PPE they need to keep helping the community through their work.
